2 Day Gellibrand

If you`ve experinced our Main 2 day, or looking to see a bit more of the Otways then the Gellibrand 2 day is for you!

The tour starts with Friday night (pre-ride) accommodation with plenty of bench racing and anticipation of what's to come. The ride starts early on day 1 with bacon and egg toasties and riders briefing. We head out into the hills with some of the best off-road riding in the country with lush rainforest 4WD tracks and some great forest track. If its wet the terrain can be challenging to say the least, but with 2 groups of riders you can choose the slower B group for bit of a break or continue on a A tracks suited to the experienced. Lunch includes a meal and a drink at the Wye River pub situated right in the heart of the Otway Ranges. On the way to Gellibrand we tackle some different terrain with hills to keep everyone on their toes, we finish the day with some sandy trails near Gelli that have to be experinced! plenty of traction, corners woops making you feel like a MX star!

Arriving at Gellibrand you`ll find the support crew with your overnight bags, after some quick bike maintenance, hot shower in your cabin its off to a great dinner at the Gelli pub. Day 2 starts with an ripper cooked breaky at around 7:30 over the road at the Gelli general store/cafe. 2nd day's ride includes some of the best off-road riding with lush rainforest 4WD tracks, sandy motor cross style tracks, lunch on day 2 includes another awesome meal, this time at the Forrest Hotel. After a fuel up the ride heads back through more rainforest style 4WD tracks and soft sand tracks with arrival time back at Deans Marsh is around 4 PM, we'll finish the weekend off with a BBQ and a few beers. Facilities are available for those who want to wash their bike. On our Gelli 2 day we cover more terrain than most can handle, leaving everyone wanting to come back and experience the Otways again and again.

After the tour a Otway Off-Road DVD follows to once again enjoy the experience with family and friends.

Note: This tour was featured in Trailrider Magazine (#33) and Dirt Action (#129) as part of the Victorian Reader Ride, 35 guys could not stop raving about how good and varied the terrain was to and from Gellibrand.

2 day guided tour
All fuel (after 1st tank )
