New in 2009! **First tour March 21-22 2009

Otway off road motorcycle tours have many years of trial experience in the Otways, something not recognized is our experience and trail knowledge in the Victorian high country. In early 2009 Otway Off-Road will run their first high country "Adventure" tour.

Our new ride starts in the outskirts of Melbourne on the Saturday morning and transverses the Dandenong Ranges before heading onto the slippery stuff with banked turns and long straights, perfect for blowing the cobwebs out of those twin exhausts.We`ll head through Gladysdale, Warburton for Latte`s and over the Acron Way through to Marysville. From Marysville we`ll head north into the mountain roads past the Cathedral range and onto lunch at Eildon town. In the Afternoon we`ll travel toward Jameison the back way and make our way up the mountain to our over night grand accommodation and a well earned rest at the Mt Buller Chalet. Day 2 kick off with a ride around Mt Stirling and a visit to Craigs Hut before once again heading for the hills around Jameison with a lunch stop at at the famous far out town of Woods Point before our final run through Big River and back to Melbourne by 5pm.

This ride will be a absolute ripper and something all you hardcore adventure freaks will find a fantastic "adventure" experience with the lot. As always our expert lead sweep riders, hardened support crew will be on hand for an epic weekend away in the high country. This adventure tour is not offered anywhere else so don't miss out!

This tour will cover approximately 280km per day, 80/20 Dirt Road/Trail , Tar.

What to bring:

Your road/trail "Adventure" weapon of choice with a good set of tyres and a full tank
Standard mufflers or quiet aftermarket units fitted. (put the bungs back in)
Motorcycle License.
Registration plate and sticker
Riding gear including motorcycle boots, helmet, goggles, gloves, bum bag with tools for your bike, warm jacket.
Good tyres
Overnight bag with change of clothes, toiletries and beer money, to be transported by support vehicle
